Lynn Sperring, Executive Director, Career Development

Lynn brings over 18 years of experience in career counseling within art and design school settings, along with more than a decade of leadership in career services management. She is dedicated to fostering collaboration with both internal and external partners to meet the unique needs of 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯’s students and alumni across all programs of study.

With a background in mental health, Lynn leads and empowers with empathy. She has actively participated in numerous National Career Development Association (NCDA) conferences and engages in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in career development.

Outside of work, Lynn enjoys traveling, practicing Spanish, creating mixed media art, swimming, and hiking.


E.J. Morton-Green, Assistant Director, Employer Relations

EJ Morton-Green is CDO’s Assistant Director of Employer Relations, having worked as a recruiter for the last 10 years across various industries, specializing in creative and technology. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Morgan State University and has a diverse background as a writer, videographer, and event producer. EJ is dedicated to connecting talent with opportunities and fostering strong employer relationships. Outside of work, he is a marathon runner and dog dad to Mason, his 2-year-old Labrador.

Lehna Huie is a multidisciplinary artist and educator whose practice is in painting, installation, and video - exploring cultural memory. Lehna is passionate about the intersection of art, mentorship and social transformation.

In her role as Assistant Director, Career Counselor at 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯, Lehna is dedicated to supporting creatives in developing the skills and motivation to strengthen their visions by cultivating best practices. Through 1:1 support, workshops, studio visits and presentations, Lehna uplifts students, alumni and beyond - in achieving goals that are most aligned with their values. Utilizing tools of visualization, relationship building and strategic planning, Lehna encourages artists from all walks of life to flourish and thrive on their unique paths.

Lehna’s work has been exhibited at institutions such as the National Gallery of Jamaica, MOCA Arlington, Weeksville Heritage Center, and MOCA Detroit. She has participated in residencies including the Joan Mitchell Center, ACRE, Stoneleaf Retreat, and Chautauqua. She has received multiple awards, including the Puffin Foundation grant and the Global Fund for Women Artist Changemaker Award. As a Legacy Specialist, she focuses on preserving intergenerational artist archives and oral histories.


Meagan Zink Denham ’05, Assistant Director, Internships

Meagan Zink Denham has supported students and alumni navigating their professional journeys through multiple roles in 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯’s Career Development Office. She is a multidisciplinary artist and 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯 alum from General Fine Arts. As the Assistant Director for Internships, Meagan manages 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯’s for-credit internship program and the center’s databases, including 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯network and Interstride. Meagan loves nurturing her ever-growing collection of plants, gardening, crocheting, and outdoor adventures.


Ingrid Nuss Pyne, Assistant Director, Career Advising

Ingrid Pyne is the Assistant Director for the Career Development office with a specialty in Career Advising. With a degree in Art History, she started her career out at the Washington Project for the Arts, helping DC area artists find opportunities and gain wider recognition. Throughout her career she has worked in both the non-profit and for profit sectors, and brings strong communication and organizational skills to her role. She is happy to bring her energy and passion for the arts to assist 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯 students in finding rewarding pathways through their studies and beyond.


Karly Caufield, Administrative Coordinator

Karly is an artist and graduate of Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, where she earned her BFA in Fine Arts and minored in Business. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Karly is passionate about supporting emerging artists and helping 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯 students navigate the challenges of building creative careers. Her previous experience as an administrator at a local gallery has given her a deep understanding of the business and operational sides of the art world.

Our peer career advisors (PCAs)  are undergraduate students who are trained in the numerous resources available to students and professional artists.
