  • From there, you can renew materials, see items on hold for you, and view any fines.

You must have money in your Flex Account before you can add funds to your printing account. You can add money to your Flex Account online or by visiting Student Accounts on the 2nd Floor of Bunting Center.

  2. Contact Student Accounts by email, studentaccounts@mica.edu, to request assistance. 
  3. Call or Visit the Student Accounts office to pay by cash, check, or overseas credit/debit card.

On-Site Access

Even after leaving 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯, alumni are welcome to use Decker Library resources for art research purposes on-site. Explore our collection, find inspiration, and continue your lifelong learning journey.

Borrowing Privileges with an Alumni Card

If you wish to continue checking out materials, including books and items from the Film and Video Collection, you can acquire an alumni card. Here's what you'll get:

  • Access to Books and Films: Enjoy the continued privilege of borrowing from our extensive collection.
    • Please note that alums are not eligible for interlibrary loans, BALC, or JHU borrowing privileges.
  • Personalized Support: Need to renew an item? Simply give us a call, send an email, or visit Access Services in person. (Note: Renewals cannot be made online.)

Unfortunately, due to contract restrictions, alumni cannot access Decker Library databases, eBooks, image assets, or streaming video off-site.

How to Get Your Alumni Card

Visit the Access Services desk with your photo ID and current contact information.

Search the Library Catalog or browse digitized items on the 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯 Digital Library. Request items in person during Research Help desk hours. Contact us for more information.

Log in to the library catalog using the sign in button on the upper right.  Search for materials and click on an item title. Use the request button to activate the hold. The library will take care of retrieving the items for you. Come to our main desk to pick them up when they're ready. 

Important 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯 About Holds:

  • Timing: Items are not pulled immediately. You'll receive an email confirmation when the item you've placed on hold is ready for pickup.
  • Hold Duration: Items will remain on hold for one week.
  • Viewing Holds: You can view all your holds and other account information in the library catalog under "My Account."
  • Special Holds: You can also place holds on items that are on order (ordered but not yet shipped) and materials that are currently checked out.

Simply request, pick up, and return the equipment at Access Services, conveniently located on the first floor of Decker Library, directly across from the main entrance.
