Hayelin Choi is guided by a strong belief in design as a teaching tool, a way to celebrate diverse cultures, and a means of contributing to local communities.
Hayelin Choi is the illustrator of Alice Waters and the Trip to Delicious and Bread Lab!. She is also the author and author/illustrator of numerous children’s books published in China and South Korea, her native country. She is currently working as a designer+illustrator focusing on educational and non-profit organizations. Her work is guided by a strong belief in making information more accessible for all.
Some of her collaborators include: Amnesty International, UNICEF, Pentagram, The Maryland Institute College of Art (足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯), The Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore City Health Department, Readers to Eaters, Highlights for Children, Radish Lab, and City Parks Foundation.
She holds a B.F.A. from School of Visual Arts with a major in illustration and an M.F.A. from Maryland Institute College of Art with a major in graphic design.
