Kafi Waters is a multidisciplinary strategist with a passion for design, business, and technology. As an ambassador of corporate innovation, she teaches new ways of innovative thinking to help organizations act strategically and deliver bold solutions. An Innovation Champion with AARP Innovation Labs, Kafi influences and shapes products and services through her design thinking and innovation work with startups. With a focus on social impact, she takes a human-centered design approach to developing business models with social entrepreneurs.

Kafi is an Adjunct Instructor at the Maryland Institute College of Art, teaching Foundations of User 足球游戏_中国足彩网￥体育资讯 in the Master of Professional Studies, UX Design Program. Kafi is passionate about social impact, and how innovation can be a driving force for more inclusive design. She is a founding co-producer of user experience design unconference-style conferences, UXCamp DC and UXCamp NYC.
