Health Promotion Educator
Alexandra François is a public health ambassador and fitness enthusiast who has dedicated more than 12 years in the sports medicine, fitness, health, nutrition and wellness industry helping children, athletes, and everyday people surpass their fitness goals. She additionally serves as an adjunct professor of Health and Exercise Sciences at Coppin State University. Alexandra is committed to educating and guiding everyone she encounters into shifting mindsets towards living the healthy lifestyle.

- USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach Level 1
- American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer
- Certified TRX Functional Training Specialist
- B.S in Exercise Physiology (Winston- Salem State University)
- M.S in Exercise Science: Wellness and Nutrition (Liberty University)
