Main Building
The Main Building includes expansive studio classrooms, a student-run gallery, and darkrooms for photography processing.

Built specifically for design and time-based media programs, the Brown Center houses classroom and studio space for Animation and both graduate & undergraduate Graphic Design programs.

The Dolphin Design Center houses state-of-the-art fabrication labs, classrooms and collaborative areas for B.F.A. programs in Architectural Design, Game Design, Interactive Arts and Product Design as well as studio concentrations in Game Arts and Sound Art.

The Charles James Fox Building is home to two large exhibition spaces, Decker Gallery and Meyerhoff Gallery, and Café Doris, as well as the undergraduate and graduate Illustration departments as well as the Ceramics department.

There are all-night diners, avant-garde theatres, independent film festivals, ethnic restaurants, family-friendly open-air concerts and movies, gritty clubs, quirky coffeehouses, and John Waters. In 30 minutes, you can drive from the urban bustle of Baltimore’s Greek-town or Little Italy to Maryland’s vineyard and horse country. Plus, the location offers easy access to the collections of the finest museums and galleries in the country, with easy access to Washington, D.C. (About 40 miles/under 90 mins), New York City (just under 200 miles, between 2.5-3 hours), and Philadelphia (around 100 miles, a bit over 2 hours).
Baltimore is also probably the last urban place in America where high-ceilinged, well-lit studio space is still available and affordable for artists. The city’s neighborhoods each have their own distinctive culture, architecture, and charm.

Virtual Info Sessions
We’d love to talk to you in person, but when that’s not possible, an online info session can help us answer your questions. Held weekly every Tuesday evening from 6-7:30 p.m., these online events are hosted on Zoom and include a presentation about how a 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯 education prepares young artists and designers for a rapidly evolving creative world, as well as a guided virtual tour of our campus.
Sessions will be held weekly through the middle of December.

What to Expect
If you’re here for a 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯 Visit Day, you’ll see a 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯 presentation and participate in a Q&A session before your campus tour.
Your walking tour of our campus will last between 60-90 minutes and will be led by a current 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯 student. Due to COVID-19 safety protocols, exposure to building interiors will be minimal at this time. When you are indoors, masking is required, but you will not be required to mask during your time outdoors.
If your tour is scheduled when Meyerhoff Dining Hall is open for dining, you can coordinate with the Office of Admission to eat while on campus. We can also recommend an array of dining options close to campus.
What to Bring
- Each prospective student may bring one additional person with them on their tour.
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and prepare for inclement weather.
- Please bring your own mask and water.
- Come prepared with questions you might have!
- Remember, campus tours and Visit Days do not include in-person portfolio review. You can schedule a virtual meeting and review with an admission counselor here.

To join an in-person tour, you must register in advance. Each prospective student may bring one guest with them on the tour.
Masks are required indoors, though they may be removed briefly for beverage breaks.
Masks are not required outdoors.
In-person visitors should either be fully vaccinated or have had a negative COVID test within 3 to 7 days prior to arriving on campus.
You’ll be provided with visitor identification to wear for the duration of your visit.
Remember to bring your own mask and water.
During your Visit
The big day is finally here. This section will provide some tips that will help you get the most of your on-campus visit.
Arrive
Your tour will begin at 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯 Main Building, located at 1300 West Mount Royal Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21217. Stop by the Campus Safety Desk inside the Main Court entrance when you get here. A campus safety officer will direct you to the Office of Undergraduate Admission.
Each prospective student and one additional guest will check in at the undergraduate admission desk, where they will receive a visitor badge (the badge must be visible during the entire campus visit). Waiting areas will be available before the tour begins.
Meet
Your admission counselor is one of the first people you’ll get to know at 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯. Whether you’re a current high school student in the U.S. or abroad, or a college student considering a transfer, they’re here to answer your questions and support you throughout the application process.
If you’re able to attend an on-campus 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯 Visit Day, you’ll have the opportunity to meet your admission counselors in person and attend a question and answer session with them prior to your student-led tour.

Your 90 minute student-guided tour is designed to cover the perimeter of 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯’s campus, and provide an overview of where departments, resources, and student residence communities are located.
Cohen Plaza
Cohen Plaza, which sits across the street from 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯’s Main Building and is flanked by Brown Center, Fox Building, and Bunting Center, is one of the most active areas on our campus. Currently, the green space is home to a tent that serves as a designated outdoor eating area as part of the College’s COVID-19 safety protocols.
Founders Green
During your tour, you’ll visit Founders Green, a complex of residence halls specifically designed for new students to 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯. Each building surrounds a central courtyard, which is a natural gathering space for students and the site of everything from barbecues to most creative snowman contests.
Gateway
The Gateway Residence Hall marks the entrance to 足球游戏_中国足彩网¥体育资讯's campus and the nearby Station North Arts & Entertainment District. In addition to being a residence hall, the Gateway also houses studio spaces, student space galleries, and the Joseph Meyerhoff Center for Career Development
Eat
You have the option to dine on-campus at Meyerhoff Dining Hall after your tour. Your student tour guide will drop you off at the dining hall to purchase food, and then you’ll be able to walk to the outdoor dining tent on Cohen Plaza Tent to sit and eat.
