Executive Director, MOSAIC Center for Diversity, Equity and Community
Dr. Shannon Ingram (she/her) is the Executive Director, MOSAIC Center for Diversity, Equity and Community. Her primary role is to provide leadership of the MOSAIC Center for Diversity, Equity & Community. She oversees student support, retention initiatives, identity-based programming, and the day-to-day operations of Culture & Identity, with a focus on students who have been historically under-served and under-represented.
Marissa Vazhappilly (they/them)
Culture & Identity Specialist, MOSAIC Center for Diversity, Equity and Community
Marissa Vazhappilly is the Culture & Identity Specialist at Culture & Identity. They have a BFA in Animation from 足球游戏_中国足彩网￥体育资讯 and have worked in the DEIG field as an activist and undergrad employee for five years. They’ve worked at Culture & Identity since they were a sophomore and got their start as a mentee!
They support student employees, advise identity-based student organizations, help lead the Annual Benefit Fashion Show, and manage the office’s programs and day-to-day activities. In their spare time they’re a mixed media animator and try to make and mend their own clothes!
